How it works..

1. You provide me your questionnaire/registration form....
2. I will create the online form and send you the link and ownership of the form. (You can get from and responses sheet in to your google account.)
   
3. You can share the link you your target population via email, social media or any other mean.
4. After they fill and submit the form, filled data will collect in your responses sheet. It is a spread  sheet which you can access from your google account.

I will create a form with 35 questions for $5(multiple choice or any type of questions, pictures and videos)
